"Recently moved to the area and, being a State Farm customer for 40 years, I was referred to Chase. Right off the at that had to fix the situation with my HO policy for my sold home. Then I paid the amount due for one vehicle by sending it in for another vehicle. They fixed that error of mine and then got my multi-vehicle discount reinstated. Really happy with the office personnel for the work they put into fixing my mistakes."
